This website is owned and operated by BusScrolls.com Pty Ltd (ACN 136 468 767 / ABN 27 13 6468 767). We provide our services to you subject to the following terms & conditions. Please read them carefully, as by visiting or ordering from this website you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
- By accepting these Terms & Conditions you understand that your product (unless otherwise specified) will be shipped in a Cylinder, unstretched and unframed.
- By accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree to have provided the correct delivery address.
- By accepting these Terms & Conditions you understand that we have a NO REFUND POLICY and you agree to return any faulty products to us within 48 hours of delivery in order to recieve a replacement product.
- By accepting these Terms & Conditions you understand that you must pay any further tarrifs, duties and taxes related to accepting your product at port of call.
- By accepting these Terms & Conditions you understand that delivery may during busy times take up to 25 working days, although we endeavour to deliver most of our products within a 10 working day time frame dependent on stock availability.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to assist you with an exchange subject to the following conditions:
- Must be contacted immediately - within 24hours receipt of delivery

- Goods must then be returned to BusScrolls within 5 days from receipt of delivery

Payment Methods
BusScrolls.com accepts a variety of payment options. All pricing of BusScrolls.com artwork and delivery fees is in Australian Dollars ($AU) and includes GST, unless otherwise stated.

Please write your name in the transaction description so we know the payment is from you. Then email a copy of the transaction. Your order will not be sent until full payment has been received. We will hold this order for 10 working days to receive payment before cancelling.
